Assembling a grill from a large box can seem like a simple task. Sometimes it is…then again…you are tasked with assembling a beast of a grill where the box containing all of the parts weighs more than 2 grown men can pick up and move. The assembly instructions are literally a book with 35 separate steps and a list of parts 60 strong. Not all of the parts align right away and the drawings, although better than other instructions that I have seen, are lacking on some steps. Add on top of this that you are working under an umbrella for shade but you are working on the east side of the house on the hottest day of the year so far. Dripping sweat as I assemble this mechanical taste machine. It’s good experience but rough to work in the heat.
